After eliminating ultra-processed foods, sugar, risky food additives, and harmful seed oils from my daily diet, a new world of feeling my best through whole foods opened up.
However, wellness doesn't just stop at diet. Forming a daily routine has also transformed my life. Waking up at 5 am, making my bed, reading, exercising, spending time outdoors, cooking meals at home, journaling, following skincare rituals, spending time with loved ones, staying hydrated, practicing meditation, and getting to bed early have become non-negotiable aspects of my routine.
